  • All inspections to be Invoiced to closing require an additional $25 for net 30 days.
  • Interim Draw Inspections - vary according to the size of the parcel (ie: single family, multi-family, apartments, etc.) - photos included on all 'draw' inspections
  • ***Arbitration, Expert Witness & other services must be quoted for the Complexity and time involved (Hourly rate) - Please Call for Quote


    ***This is just a sample of the Appraisal and Inspection services we can provide. Please contact us for further assistance on pricing and your reporting needs.

    ***FHA Appraisals require more inspecting (ie:  operating equipment, doors, windows, etc.) and additional photos is the reason for the price increase for these type appraisals.

    ***Complex Appraisals are those that are over 4,000 square feet and may be designed with many angles and 'degrees' taking longer to draw the sketch.  We rarely run into these circumstances, but when we do, we have to charge extra for the time involved.
